Is The Liberal "That's not fair!" Approach to American Society "Fair" In Itself? Intentional Destruction Of Greatness In Our Society?

Pretty sad in the society we have become. An eleven year old football star who is extremely talented. Has been told by his football league that for now on he will only "be allowed" to make three touchdowns a game. Why? "He's good, talented, successful, that's not fair, waaaa-waaaa!" 

Our national societal political weakening policy that goes all the way to the top of America political power structure in America. Is now being imposed into young children's lives. "You are too successful therefore we must constrain your natural level of success and punish you for being successful." The natural laws of life are not defined by "fair" nor have they ever been. They have always been defined by, "the strong survive, so you better work to better your natural born strengths and capabilities to make sure you are strong too." 

NOT weaken the strong, to make the weaker, most times by choice and lack of own personal motivation for self-betterment, "feel" better about themselves. Instead of, "That's not fair! He's too good!" Shouldn't the message to our children be, "You can do it! Look at him, he's doing it! You can do it too if you work hard to improve your strengths and own personal skills!" Instead of promoting personal strength in society, we choose to champion weakness and punish strength. 

Does something seem wrong with that?
