Obama's new tax plan. Just another Obama bill of lies!

President Obama's new tax bill is true shame. Pure re-election politics, "drive class warfare, divide populous, get non-rich vote for Obama." Serves nothing but further destroy economy.  Economy operates on cash-in-hand of citizens to spend money/fuel economy.  More cash Obama takes from who has it, less available to fuel economy.  Plan won't hurt rich, but WILL hurt everybody else in it's damning effect on already miserable economy. True shame, as always Obama puts himself above us, the people of America.  

Further, he made sure these taxes would not actually go into effect until after his election.  Meaning HE DOES NOT WANT YOU TO EXPERIENCE THE TRUTH OF HIS POLICY UNTIL IT'S TOO LATE TO GET RID OF HIM SHOULD YOU DESPISE THE PLACE HE'S PUT YOUR LIFE.  Total cowardice!!  If he believes this new plan is the right thing, why would he not have it go into effect immediately, so we can see how wonderful his policy effects our lives before we vote to re-elect or not re-elect him?  Hmm.... figure out the obvious answer to that question?

It's just sad. What's sadder is that the people who really don't understand how the economy works will buy this Obama bullshit. Of course most of those people already depend on government subsidies to some degree. More than half of all Americans get some kind of Federal subsidy assistance.

You raise taxes in a roaring economy,  not a recession. Unfortunately, a lot of Americans are just too ignorant to "get" that. He's created a pickle.  If republican's pass the bill, it will destroy the economy.  If they don't pass the bill, he can say they don't care about jobs, just care about rich.  If they do pass it, he can blame it's failure on them too, make them own the economy with him.  Pure politics, nothing of positive value to everyday Americans in increasing available jobs and improving economy.  Obama's insistence on keeping our nation's people divided, is destructive and not healthy to this country.

Ironically, Warren Buffett, who "rich don't pay enough taxes bill" is named after, owes the government millions of dollars in back taxes. Obama's level of dishonesty and lies in his misrepresenting the true facts pertaining to Warren Buffett's whining, "I don't pay enough taxes.  I pay less taxes than my secretary," is frankly at a level of dishonesty that is deplorable to any honest person.  Further, it's totally insulting to anyone's intelligence who possesses intelligence.  

The TRUTH is, Warren Buffett pays taxes based on defining his income as "investment income."  Meaning he pays "Capital Gains" taxes of 15% BY HIS OWN CHOICE, not salary based income taxes.  But, Obama misrepresents it as the rich have a lower "income tax rate" than the lower income people.  A TOTAL LIE!!  If Warren Buffett truly felt he didn't pay enough taxes, he would restructure his personal compensation plan within his business to be paid to him as SALARY, subject to income tax rates at his level 35% of his income.  So, Warren Buffett CHOOSES to pay 20% less in taxes.  Does that sound like a man who truly believes he pays too little in taxes?  When he CHOOSES to pay less in taxes by having his income passed to him as "investment income"?!

But, President Obama chooses to inflict a total fraud upon the American public.  In his not revealing the TRUTH in Warren Buffett's taxes he pays, in lower amounts, purposely, by his own choice.  What Obama should be doing is shaming Warren Buffett for CHOOSING  to pay a lower tax rate than Buffett's own secretary!!  Instead of using the fraudulent misrepresentation of Warren Buffett's true tax reduction strategy to PURPOSELY pay less taxes as Obama's way to purport a lie upon the American public.

But, most people are just too disengaged and ignorant to see the obvious dishonesty and Obama lies in all of this stuff.  Frankly, it's amazing how well Obama pegs our citizenry in the complete ignorance of reality and truth of facts in the American public.  Ignorance is what got him elected in the first place.  Ignorance is also the biggest issue America has to fight to dispose of this man to eliminate continual destruction of our life, country and worlds. 

Anybody, at this point, truly believe that the man who promised to cut our deficit in half while campaigning, and in reality doubled our deficit in three years as president would not spend every dime of any new tax revenues he was able to create? Just more money for him to spend, NOT apply to debt. No brainer.

"Charitable Deductions"! Obama, a Liberal, Socialist or un-American? You tell me that answer!

Many of us have seen the debate, "Is Obama driven by liberalism or socialism as the core of his restructuring of America."  I believe that this week President Obama has very transparently revealed the obvious answer to that question.  I ask you to ask yourself the same questions I've asked here, to answer the Obama "liberal or socialist" debate yourself.

In Obama's newly proposed tax bill he attacks "charitable contributions" and their tax deductible status for income tax purposes.  Now stop and think about that.  To a liberal shouldn't charity funding be a kind of untouchable Holy Grail exactly the same as government entitlement programs?  If he is allow to the destroy charitable deductions in his newly proposed bill.  He immediately eliminates the receipts of charitable funds for charitable organizations by 35%.  Organizations that exist to serve the exact same people that the liberal mantra, government entitlements, exists to serve.  Further, he immediately reduces the funding for ultra-liberal charitable funded organizations like the ACLU, PETA, Green Peace, Sierra Club, Help the Illegal Immigrants Fund, all core liberal causes, etc.  Along with the obvious mainstream charities like the Red Cross, American Way, Unicef, American Cancer Association, AIDS Foundation, Fallen Heroes Funds, etc., etc.  How could any politician, particularly a liberal create such socially unconscionable policy?  Could a true liberal even possess a heart that would allow them to create such socially unconscionable policy?

In truth what he's doing is the exact same as saying, "I'm going to cut all government entitlement programs 35%, in funding, across the board for the poor, impoverished, disadvantaged, handicapped, needy!"  Yet, we know he refuses to make any significant cuts in Government Entitlement programs.  So, he wants to force immediate cuts in the "private sector" entitlement programs by a harsh instant 35% level in received funding?  By changing the tax law to allow him to skim 35% (top marginal rate) off the top of all charitable donations as taxes that fund the organizations which provide services to the exact same people as government entitlement programs?  Think about that!

To a "liberal" their whole purpose for existence is to help the impoverished, handicapped, poor, needy and disadvantaged in people, animals and the environment.  Many liberals serve their liberal "sense of purpose" through private charities along with pushing for government entitlements.  Obama is not protecting the charitable organizations that function to serve the liberal causes.  He's in fact undermining liberal charitable organizations which exist to provide services and financial support of the poor, disadvantage, need, handicapped.  This revelation of who Barrack Obama is incorporated into his own new tax bill, clearly defines him as not being a liberal.  Would you not agree?  How could you not agree?  Any true liberal would not make any move to defund or greatly reduce funding for charitable organizations that support those who liberals exist to support and elevate.  Right?  The poor, needy, handicapped, disadvantaged, under privileged.  That goes against the total grain of concept of liberalism.

What is socialism?  Creating a political environment of total dependency upon the government in social programs.  Funding these government programs through exorbitant taxes upon the most successful members of the society.  By Obama choosing policy that will serve to de-fund or underfund charitable organizations in the private sector to functional crippling levels, by the government skimming 35% off the top of all private sector contributions.  A 35% he's skimmed off of the top of private sector entitlements to infuse the coffers of government entitlements.  Many, if not most, of these charitable organizations existing to serve the core of all liberal values by definition of liberalism in societal view.  So, what does Obama's choice of this type of policy reveal to you?  Think about it!

He's revealing that his core belief system as socialism.  He is a socialist, is he not?  He creates his own policy to damage, hurt and diminish the level of private sector charity support through services and financial support for the poor, needy, handicapped, disadvantaged, under-priviledged.  While at the same time, taking the money from those organizations to increase the level of funding for the government itself, to provide the same services and financial support.  He's showing that he does not appreciate nor believe in the positive functions served by charitable organizations in the private sector in a society.  While at the same time covets, defends and protects the government entitlement programs designed to serve the same people.  To Obama the government is the end all.  That's socialism.  Is it not?

So you tell me.  Is President Obama a liberal or socialist?

In my mind for the leader of the free world to show a lack of appreciation of the charitable nature of the American people.  Through siphoning off money from the goodwill of American citizen's hearts, through choosing to tax charitable deductions, for American charity is frankly appalling.  When Haiti suffered it's horrible earthquake, who's citizenry in amazing numbers looked into their hearts and rose to the occasion in opening their wallets and giving of their own free will of their own finances and time?  It's the same thing with every natural disaster and unfortunate situation that leaves, people, animals and the environment in a poorer, lesser, disadvantaged place.  

If Obama's American citizenry can show the charity and giving from their hearts in finances and their own labors, to better the lives and situations of other people, animals and our environment.  Then why can't Barrack Obama show the same sense of charity, by not taxing the charitable giving these Americans choose to give for the sake of the poor, disadvantaged, impoverished, handicapped, underprivileged.  American citizenry charity is not divided by ideological lines.  American citizenry charity is a "liberal" thing, a "conservative" thing, and an "independent" thing a human thing.  For our leader to choose to impugn the level of financial support of our charitable organizations by siphoning money off of these funds for himself, the federal government.  I believe represents a very dark heart, self-serving, socialist heart.  But, that is just one man's opinion.  I'm sure you have your own.

What I see reflected in his heart is not anti-conservative, anti-liberal, anti-independent.  What I see reflected in his heart is anti-American.  Because, American charity is one of the greatest and most positive aspects of our American society.  He obviously could care less and reflects this in his total lack of appreciation for the American citizens' willingness to offer of their own freewill, at their own personal financial and time sacrifice, the good-hearted giving that defines America and Americans.


Leader of the free world?  Really?


You tell me.  Is President Obama a liberal, Socialist or Un-American?!

OBAMA ROBBING THE POOR TO GIVE TO THE UNIONS!!

I've truly come to believe this president is purposely destroyIing our economic situation. Think about it. He wants to pay for his new (yawn) "jobs bill" by reducing charity income tax deduction. We now have highest poverty level ever recorded in our nation. Who do impoverished depend on in tough times?! CHARITIES! So, you kill the incentive to give to charities??! Think about it! Of all deductions to take away, CHARITY?! This dude's evil!!

Robin:  You're saying everything that every conservative screamed was going to happen. But, people were so gaga over his charm and being responsible for electing the 1st black president that they ignored the warning signs. Honestly, I could careless about his skin color. He could be purple for all I care. Bottom line is even the Cubans were warning he was just like Castro.... I'm really hoping people wake up before it's too late. He has all ready done a lot of damage to our country - between apologizing to other countries/leaders, bowing to other leaders, destroying the economy, reigniting race problems, creating so much anger and bitterness between conservatives and liberals, and the list goes on and on.

Kristine:  Here's an idea. How about people give to charities b/c it's the right thing to do, not because of a tax break. 

David:   Kristine, he's not robbing the rich here, he's robbing the poor. Here's a better idea Kristine. Obama is a democrat, right? The "supposed" party of compassion for the downtrodden and indigent. How about he reinforce the concept of people giving of their own free will in during an economic time where they themselves are struggling to survive economically, show HIS appreciation for the goodness in their hearts by NOT PUNISHING THEM FOR GIVING WITH PREVIOUSLY, BEFORE OBAMA, UNTAXED MONEY.

The whole concept is insane. He's shooting an arrow dead center into the heart of that which he says he cares the most about, the poor, the indigent, the needy. It HAS to be purposeful, no doubt about it. It's too contrary to helping out the poor, indigent, needy. If they can't depend on the charities, what's their only other option? The government. You know the mantra of his extreme socialism ideology.

He's not robbing the so-called "rich" here, he's robbing the poor. People who give a certain percentage of their income to charity will still give that percentage, but because of their income being lower, due to Obama's FAILED economic policies, the percentage amount in dollars is lower. Then here comes along Obama like some mafia dude. "Hey, you are going to have to give ME 35% of what you set aside for the poor, needy, handicapped, indigent to me, Obama, the government!!" The charitable people only have so much to give. So, they take the same amount, send 35% of that amount that would have gone to the needy and mail it off to Obama. So, he can take it and send it to his union buddies' jobs.

Most liberals probably wouldn't understand robbing the needy though, nor care. In the same year that Dick Cheney donated 83% of his income to charity, over $600,000,000 to inner city charities. Obama only gave 7%. Although, the average conservative makes 17% less income than the average liberal, the average conservative gives 30% more their lesser income to charity than liberals do.

My ex-wife is director of a charity fund that pays the hospital bills of the poor which they themselves cannot pay. She said they've already been taking a beating because people have less to give in the Obama economy. NOW, he's going to pile-on in undermining charities, people giving from the goodness of their hearts by saying, "Wait a minute take 35% of that money you set aside to give the poor and give it to me, the government!" That's taking the money from the poor, NOT the rich Kristine. They were giving the money anyway, Obama's just funneling a third of it off the top of what the needy would have received.

Kristine, if smoking the pipe, means don't be upset that our president would pass a bill to rob 1/3 of the money set aside by people for the sake of the poor, handicapped, ill, dying, needy? Then I'll keep smoking it. Perhaps, you yourself might need to invest in a heart and hit the pipe yourself, if you don't "get" this one.

He's taking money out of the mouths of the poor on this one. Insane. Isn't that the reason he said we had to have Obamacare??!! To protect the poor who can't pay for medical care??!! Then he turns around and sticks a dagger in the heart of the whole mechanism that pays the poor's hospital bills?

This move is purposeful in his constant push towards socialism. Undermine, the goodness of charitable hearts, giving and level of benefits received by the poor from their fellow man. So, the poor have no choice but to go to the government and be owned by the government. This one could not be more transparent!! In Obama's push towards "government dependence," socialism!!!

How about eliminating the "safe deposit box" write off instead??!! Who care's about that one. The only reason they give it to you, is so they'll know if you have one that they can plunder if your are stupid enough to take the deduction. 

Of ALL the tax breaks Obama could have attacked. He chose THE ONLY ONE THAT SERVES TO EASE HUMAN SUFFERING. He could have eliminated the tax breaks that allowed his best-friend buddy, Jeffrey Immelt, CEO of General Electric, to earn $14.2 BILLION in PROFIT and PAY ZERO DOLLARS IN TAXES!! OR corporate jet tax breaks that benefit his other best-friend buddy Warren Buffett WHO OWNS A FLEET OF CORPORATE JETS! NO, Obama decides to take one third of the money going to the poor, needy, handicapped, indigent people of America! Like I said, "This dude is evil!" He put his own buddy's best profit interests over the suffrage of humanity of his own people.

This is just one more example of what I always, always say about liberal thinking in their created policies. They possess only, "shallow, surface level thinking" and possess absolutely no "Big Picture" thought processes. The hard core liberal's are thinking, "Yes! Yes! One more way to plunder the 'rich' and punish them for working hard and being successful!! Yes, I love it!! Uh....uh... I'm having an orgasm over this!"

Never once do they stop to think the truth in it all. The 'rich' who actually give, will simply give 1/3 less to charity, because Obama and the liberals stole the other 1/3 for themselves. As ALWAYS! Liberal policy ALWAYS serves to undermine the causes they claim are their core values, purpose for existence. This liberal attack on charitable deductions just reveals the truth in the pure fallacy and damaging impact of liberalism on those they "claim" to care the most for. The needy, the under-priviledge, the handicapped, the indigent. This is the most transparent issue that could ever be found to reveal the true damning nature of liberalism on our poor, needy, handicapped, indigent fellow Americans.

At a time in how history where the highest level of poverty ever recorded in this nation exists. Obama and the liberals choose to plunder the coffers of the poor, needy, handicapped and indigent.

Where do you think that $400 BILLION stolen from the poor, needy, indigent will be directed by Obama?  To union jobs... the people he's mentioned... union teachers, union laborers, union government workers... cronies of his like Solyndra Solar Energy company that he gave a HALF-BILLION DOLLARS, of our hard earned tax dollars to, that filed bankruptcy two years later.  How do you legitimately lose a half-billion dollars in two years without a lot of personal pockets being lined with incredible wealth, stolen from our own pockets, "we the people."  The same unions that cut train brake lines on the west coast this week.  Because, they were mad a particular company rejected them.  Obama's friends!! He sues an American company like Boeing to keep them from giving jobs to people in South Carolina, because he wants those jobs given to his union buddies.

While the soup lines have swollen to historical records. Obama and his liberals have chosen to rob the pantries of the the soup lines.  In attacking the "charitable deductions" that provide the fuel for those food lines and make the poor, needy, indigent people's in those lines, lives a better human existence.

The truth in all of it is.  That no free society should ever have their government create a policy that in any way has the ability to impede a member of it's society's ability to express full value of financial charitability in their hearts.  To their fellow downtrodden, handicapped, poor, disadvantaged fellow man in their shared society.  American charity is one of the things that has always defined us as such a great nation.  The "charitable deduction" allowed in our tax code, should be the ONE AREA THAT'S NOT EVEN ON THE TABLE to be negatively effected.  Obama's choosing a government policy that equates to stealing money from the poor is not only wrong!  It's socially appalling!!

Does it get more heinous? Sad... Pathetic... :(

Now think about how Obama's choice of siphoning tax dollars off of money people give of their own free-will and personal sacrifice to help the needy, impoverished, disadvantaged, handicapped, etc." He's attacking and serving to deprive exactly those that the democrats believe entitlements are so necessary to serve. he doesn't hurt the rich people with this one, he just diverts a third of the poor peoples money, given from the good in charitable American's hearts, away from the American impoverished, needy, poor, downtrodden, handicapped to his government to redistribute to his union labor pals and political cronies. This money isn't coming out of the rich people's pockets, it's coming out of the poor people's pockets.

This one issue, has totally uncloaked who Barrack Obama truly is and his intentions to be served on our nations. It's socially appalling in concept to any reasonable American, regardless of party, to serve policy that siphons off money for the government, from money members of society who have chosen to contribute of their own free will and of their own fruits of labor to help the most downtrodden elements of our society. Hell, my best guess is that more than half of the charity organizations out there are actually owned and/or run by democrats, liberals for the same reason they are democrats. Their compassion for the disadvantaged in society. Which means their leader, Obama, is undermining their whole reason for being a democrat in the first place. Entitlements for the disadvantaged from their sense of compassion. This move of Obama's is just pure socially appalling for all Americans except the nut-bags. How could it not be. Robbing the poor??

Think about it! Aside from the obvious human support charities like Red Cross, American Way, Homeless shelters, battered wife shelters, battered children shelters, food banks, American Cancer Society, Fallen Heroes charities for families of killed military members, etc.

Think about the animal rights and conservation charities. SPCA, Greenpeace, PETA, Humane Society, ACLU, Sierra Club, legal defense funds, clean river charities, on and on and on. A lot of those charities are actually the personal pets of Obama's hardcore base. The far left.

The truth is that for Obama to start taxing Charitable deductions, siphoning off charity contributions to pay for his guaranteed to fail "jobs bill." He steps on the toes of every single American, poor, rich, all in between and politically far left to far right and all in between in their important areas of compassion for humans, animals, the earth. Not one American who gives a dollar to a charity, or receives a dollar of charity of ANY sort will be unaffected in the undermining of the cause they choose to support in charity. By the reduction of available charity funds in an economy where charities are already struggling to survive, through Obama siphoning tax funds off the top of the charity contributions to use to pay for his "jobs bill" which will go to jobs that benefit the unions and union members who support him. You really think a non-unionized private school teacher is going to have their job saved by Obama's jobs bill?

This is one issue where he negatively effects ALL of American society.  By attacking the ONE place he should have never even allowed to be on the table.  Americans giving from their hearts and sacrificing by choice of their hard earned fruits of labor to all things that make our lives better places in humanity and environment.  Obama stealing from the poor, the handicapped, the sick, the disadvantaged, downtrodden, to give to the unions, his buddies.  

If you allow your leader to create laws and policies that impugn, cripple and destroy charity organizations. You leave your people and society in a position of no place else to turn, but government. Which brings us back full circle to the core belief system that drives our leader and directs all of his policy, regulations and proposed bills. A core belief system of Socialism. No other explanation for choosing to create a policy to attack the funds of charities.  When he has thousands of other options to use to raise funds for his same old, same old, stimulus package "jobs bill" to create jobs for his union buddies.

It's pathetic and actually quite heartbreaking watching the continual damage this "leader" inflicts on our lives and our worlds.
